You can go one of two ways with concrete steel reinforcement. You can either order everything and task your workers with preparing the mesh onsite, at high cost. Or, the more efficient way, order the mesh columns pre-made and delivered to site. For very specialised jobs, the first option is probably the most sensible. As we all know, measurements seem to change between design and construction unless they were taken properly in the beginning, and this means that adjustment will be necessary onsite. However, for large, simple, strightforward jobs consisting of basic blocks and geometric shapes, having the steel wire mesh cut and tied, or welded, off site first may well end up saving a lot of time and money. And as we all know, time saved on a construction job means huge benefits for you and your client.
